How much does it cost to ship my order?
Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your packaged artwork, calculated automatically at checkout.
Do you offer delivery and installation?
I am happy to offer free delivery and installation for paintings within British Columbia (Mainland/Southwest, Thompson/Okanagan, Kootenay, Vancouver Island/Coast, and Cariboo), as well as across the USA/Canada border in Washington State (Whatcom County). If you live beyond these listed areas, I ship paintings worldwide.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. This does not include commissioned paintings. You will receive an email when including the expected arrival time and tracking information.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do now?
Please contact me at your earliest convenience at email@example.com with your order number so we can discuss the next steps to resolve this issue. I do my best to package your order to prevent damage in transit, but these things happen time to time.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer installment plans on orders over $200. This includes all commissions. I want my work to be as affordable as possible because I believe everyone should be able to have art in their life no matter the circumstances. Installment amounts and payment dates are flexible to fit your needs. Please email me at email@example.com to set one up.
Do you accept returns or order cancellations?
I will gladly accept returns and order cancellations. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Order cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. Please note: the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for returned or cancelled orders. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
All order information is provided to your email once it's been shipped, typically within 2-3 business days of when your order was placed. This email includes an expected arrival time and tracking information.
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit or marked delivered but you did not receive it, please double check to make sure it wasn't left with someone else, then reach out to the mail carrier and file a claim with them. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or undelivered packages, but I will do my best to help in any way that I can.

Do I have to pay additional import or duty fees for my international order?
All orders are being shipped from Canada. No additional fees are charged for orders being shipped to the United States or Internationally. However, all imported goods have to go through your countries customs department, and are subject to applicable duty and import fees as determined by your country.
