This item is a gift! Can you leave the receipt out and/or add a gift message?

Good news, Kimberly Marie Studio packing slips don't show prices to begin with, so you're all set to send a shipment straight to your loved ones!

If you'd like to add a gift message onto your order, feel free to enter it into the notes section at checkout, and it will ship up on your orders packing slip! 

I entered the incorrect shipping address. Can you update it for me?

Sure! Simply reply to your order confirmation with the correct shipping address, and I'll get it updated for you. Alternatively, you can email me at kimberlymariefineats@gmail.com with your order number and correct address, and I'll update it that way.

I placed an order and was charged, but never got a confirmation email.
Can you help?

Sorry about that! Please double-check your spam and promotions folders first, then email me at kimberlymariefinearts@gmail.com with your full name, shipping address, and the email you entered at checkout. I'll get it sorted out in no time!

Can I shop in-person?

Sadly, I don't have a permanent store setup. I recommend shopping online! But I do offer free pick-up for anyone local to Chilliwack, BC CANADA.

I may start doing events in the future, so be sure to keep an eye on the newsletter and social media for updates on pop-up events.
